Service was non existent and was a very terrible Experience will not stay at this hotel ever again . Two bedroom suit and 1 room the heater had no working parts inside just a shell and a plug to put in wall . What would have happened if I did put it in wall ??

We arrived early morning and were pleased that our room was ready for check in. The lady at reception was very welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The location was great and within walking distance of all attractions, restaurant, grocery stores, etc.

Poor wifi, bed soft, room was small and cramped , shower head direction non-adjustable so that water sprayed directly at chest level. Poorly maintained facilities, eg walls needed painting, dank smell in corridors. Good location, however.

I think the drains are block and you need to unblock them especially the handbasin

Parking wasn't convenient to our stay, and the place didn't seem to be cleaned properly, furniture are old and not comfy.
